Established in 2005, the Department of Costume Design and Fashion nurtures creative innovation through skill-oriented and multidisciplinary education. The programme emphasizes industry relevance, supported by advanced laboratories, strong infrastructure, and sustained industry engagement. Graduates have excelled as entrepreneurs, rank holders, and professionals in leading national and international fashion brands, enabled by active MoUs and collaborations.

The curriculum integrates creative exploration with technical proficiency and industry practices. Students are trained in pattern making, draping, CAD applications, fashion marketing, sustainability, and costume design for media and theatre. Professional readiness is further strengthened through internships, live fashion shows, workshops, and industry projects.

It was my immense luck and fortune to be a part of Hindusthan college of arts and science, where i can grow. My 3 years of studying here was great and a memory to cherish for lifetime. It gave me an opportunity to meet different kind of people and learned many things. I have established my leadership, time management and team skills and have also been able to advance these skills to the whole new augment. The entire faculty and department leaves no stone unturned to shape one's future.
